"As an avid endurance athlete, I've seen a lot of physios and chiros over the years, and Glenn is genuinely the best practitioner I've ever worked with. What stands out most isn't just Glenn's clinical skills – it's how much he actually cares. He takes the time to really get to know you, understand your history, your goals, and what makes your body tick.
Whenever I've come to Glenn with an injury, he's always found the right approach – whether that's dry needling, shockwave therapy, ART, or something else entirely. He has a deep understanding of how the body works, especially for anyone doing endurance sports, and that knowledge and experience shines through in how he works with you.
But what I value most is Glenn's approach to building relationships with his clients. Glenn is the kind of practitioner who remembers the details, checks in on how you're really doing, and genuinely invests in your long-term wellbeing. He's also your biggest cheerleader when it comes to achieving your goals – quick to send a congratulatory note after a big race, and that means more than he probably knows.
I'd trust Glenn with any injury or rehab need and would highly recommend him to anyone! You will not regret it."

I highly recommend Glenn Kasin! Glenn is an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner who listens carefully, explains his reasoning, and gets results. I’ve been going to Glenn for over three years for various running related treatments and he’s been a big reason why I’ve stayed healthy as a newer runner who jumped into marathon training with little prior experience. Glenn not only treats the issue at hand, he is also very proactive and knowledgeable in avoiding future potential setbacks. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and this is where Glenn excels.

I have been going to Glenn for treatments for over two years, in which time I broke all of my personal bests, including national records. I always felt listened to when I went to see Glenn for treatments. He doesn’t just look at the immediate symptom, but tries to locate the cause of any issue I’m having and works on fixing it. He always follows up and is truly eager to help and be on my side throughout my path as an athlete. As a professional runner, I can’t recommend anyone else more highly.

Glenn was a huge part of my training through two marathons training cycles. I have chronic back issues and trouble with recovery and his treatments helped me stay completely injury free (and run an 11 minute PR at the London Marathon!) You can tell he truly cares about all of his patients. As a former division I swimmer, I’ve had exposure to a lot of practitioners throughout my athletic career and Glenn is one of the best I’ve worked with.

After a full season of racing gravel and cross-country mountain bike disciplines while experiencing nagging hip pain that started to impede my performance in longer distance races, I figured it was finally time to see someone about it...at the end of the season. I had heard great things about Wellness in Motion and looked into their practitioners and chose Glenn Kasin for his experience in cycling. I had never been to a sports chiropractor before and Glenn was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions during my initial visit. I felt comfortable being treated by him and trusted his decision to proceed with chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and implementing a TENS unit over the course of at least three months of visits. I truly felt better after each visit. When we decided to cease treatment, he made suggestions for stretching and strength-training that I've kept up with. It's been about a year after seeing Glenn and I just finished a pain-free season of competitive cross-country and long-distance mountain biking. I would highly recommend Glenn to any athlete seeking treatment.

I started working with Glenn after getting injured training for my first Marathon (Chicago 2021). It was clear that he was experienced. He diagnosed the issue right away and set up a plan that enabled me to keep training while getting treatment. Hit the start line that year completely injury free thanks to his help. Worked with him consistently after that, throughout 2022, including through a second marathon training cycle. He's knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him to any athlete in need!

About a month out from the Boston Marathon, I suffered a mild back injury that was affecting my running and had me worried about race day. Dr. Kasin listened carefully, quickly identified the source of the pain, and used massage and cupping to relieve the tension. This helped tremendously, and I was able to enter race day pain-free!
Not only is Dr. Kasin highly skilled and knowledgeable, but as a fellow runner, he gets it. He sympathized with me and offered reassurance that made me feel a lot more confident going into the race. Even though I only saw Dr. Kasin a couple times, it was clear to me that when you work with him, he becomes someone in your corner. He rooted for me during the race and checked in after to congratulate me and hear how it went. I cannot recommend Dr. Kasin highly enough.

I first saw Dr. Kasin when I had an issue with Achilles tendonitis and runner’s knee. I had a marathon 4 months away and could barely run 1 mile without pain and having to stop. Through weekly sessions of soft tissue work, shock therapy, targeted at-home exercises, and educating me on how to find the right shoes, Dr. Kasin got me to the finish line.
What really stood out was how personalized and encouraging his approach was throughout the process, especially since he too is a marathoner and lifelong athlete. He not only helped me recover from my injuries but also gave me the tools and knowledge to prevent them in the future. I’m incredibly grateful for his expertise, support, and commitment to helping me achieve my goal of completing my marathon pain-free. I cannot recommend him enough!!

“I had the pleasure of working with Glenn for nearly two years: through multiple training blocks and in my preparation for the 2024 US Olympic Trials marathon. He was consistently attentive, thoughtful and collaborative in a variety of treatments, dealing with all of the issues/injuries that so often come with being an endurance athlete. Not only that, but he helped me in my ability to be more aware and preventative of these issues moving forward. I loved my time working with Glenn and would absolutely recommend him to any athlete chasing fitness and life goals, whatever those may be.”

I was first introduced to Dr. Kasin by a very good friend who was also a college athlete. When I say college athlete, she was an Olympic trials level athlete, so I trusted her. She talked about Dr. Kasin often and referred him to me for my knee injury. I was training for my first marathon and my knees were taking a beating. I met with Dr. Kasin once a week and he got me to the starting line, he is a pro and a problem solver. I never left an appointment feeling like he could have done anything else. He truly loves what he does and is extremely talented. He even helped me pick out the best pair of running sneakers for my step. I could not recommend Dr. Kasin enough. He is a dedicated doctor, a great athlete and a truly genuine person.

I've been a dedicated patient of Glenn, a chiropractor who not only masters the intricacies of various techniques, especially ART but is also a passionate runner. His unique understanding of the body's needs, coupled with his attentive and detail-oriented approach, sets him apart. Glenn listens keenly, remembers specifics, and with each session, I've experienced noticeable improvements. Grateful to have a chiropractor who truly comprehends and cares for my well-being.

Glenn is incredible at what he does. He kept me injury-free throughout multiple seasons training for Ironmans (including 2x at the Ironman World Championships) and stopped more than one niggle from turning into a full-blown injury. I am a triathlon and running coach as well as an athlete, and I recommended him to my entire training squad because I knew he could help keep everyone healthy and performing their best. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
